Love, love, love this salon! Have been going for several months. Only once was there an issue with scheduling but they made it right! I always take my elderly mother with me. Tammy and Lisa engage her in conversation and make her feel very special. She loves to tease them and they tease her right back. She feels very comfortable and is always excited to go. After talking to many, many other customers between our visits, they always remember our previous conversations and pick up right where we left off. (We do not go regularly... it is always 2-3 months between visits.) What a way to make us feel valued!
The quality of their work? Outstanding!!! I've never had a complaint. I had a hard time finding a place in Blue Springs that was consistently good, so I am thrilled that my mom lives near Hot Nails. Even if she didn't, it would be worth the drive!
Ask for Tammy or Lisa... you will not be disappointed.

I thought I'd give them a try since they are so close to my home. Well, I will not be back. The staff isn't very friendly but not rude. I requested a certain color for my nails. I ended up with white dipped nails instead of the natural look. Also, the mail isn't smooth; you can feel how bumpy they are.
Again, they were not rude but not friendly either. Most nail salons were booked - they were available.
